Highly (“highly”) recommend Kerry and her team for any junk removal, dumpster rental needs. They are super responsive, over phone, text and email. They have one of the best rates and highest availability. You can ask me because I have been using such services for 20+ years now. Their folks are very courteous, professional and friendly. I was stunned by how amazing their service was. I made the call and was advised of an estimated 25 – 30 minute wait. They were at the house in 10 minutes and had everything in the truck 10 minutes after that. The gentlemen were professional and courteous. Well worth the cost.

Junk Pros NY were a pleasure to work with. They were professional, responsive, and so helpful. They quickly and efficiently removed all the junk that needed to be disposed of in a downpour and were nothing but nice and helpful. Would recommend them for anyone in the area who needs junk removal.

I am sorry I cannot give this company 10 stars, because they certainly deserve it. They were prompt, reasonable, and efficient, and hauled away four and a half truck loads of incredibly nasty garbage from the home of a deceased relative. Everyone who came worked incredibly hard without complaint; I would use this enterprise again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for a hideous job well done!

They showed up on time, removed some heavy furniture with careful attention not to damage anything else on the way out, and were very clear in their pricing. I would use them again anytime, especially over that other junk removal company with the 1-800 number, which I had used previously and did a bait-and-switch with their fees. Junk Pros is fair and honest.

Exceeded all of our expectations. Staff was not only PROFESSIONAL but KIND and compassionate about our specific circumstances. Our father passed away and we needed to clear some things out of his home. This company went above and beyond. They made sure they knew exactly what we were saving and made sure they were clear about exactly what we needed removed. I will be using them again when needed and I can’t say enough that I would highly recommend them. Why get a dumpster, pay for a dumpster and do it all when these guys can come in for similar pricing and knock it out for you? I’m so incredibly glad we found them!! It was also a plus that they were local and a family run business.

My mother in law passed away and we needed to clean out her estate before selling the property. I contacted Rob and his team for a quote along with others. He was by far the most professional, the most reasonably priced, and showed up on time. They had her house cleaned out in a day. It was far more then my wife and I could handle. I would absolutely use them again. I highly recommend anyone needing this service to contact them. You won’t be sorry

This was my first experience with junk removal and Kerry made everything seamless and easy. She confirmed the appointment two days early and even called me to fit us in sooner due to a cancellation. I called Junk Pros to get an estimate on having some things removed from my home. First of all they picked up the phone with zero wait time and I was able to schedule pick up for the next day. The crew came, right on time as scheduled and began loading up the truck upon arrival. They removed all of the stuff without me having to lift a finger. From start to finish it was not even 40 minutes, probably less. Everyone was so helpful, fast and courteous, I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family. My husband, Charlie, and I are helping a neighbor prepare his house to be put on the market. One way we helped was calling Junk Pros. On the morning of our call we spoke with Kerry, who was most helpful. They were able to come within the hour. WOW 🙂 They were courteous, friendly and efficient. If we could give them more than 5 stars we would. They had all the ‘junk’ removed , including a hot tub, in a timely fashion. They worked continuously with no breaks and left the areas neat and tidy. For all the stuff they removed and the hard work they did we feel the cost was extremely reasonable. We will recommend them highly to all our friends and family.

This company is fantastic! Not only did they arrive exactly at the time promised, they stuck to the estimate they gave me over the phone. They were polite, professional and very, very respectful of my home. I will definitely use them again. It’s important that you feel safe and confident when people come into your house. The folks from Junk Pros couldn’t be better. They took a very large sectional sofa from my home and it was NOT an easy job. They made it work and they were great about it. A-Plus!

Junk pros saved the day!!!! Called 1-800junk but got ridiculous number for 1/2 truck household junk. Junk Pros were very professional came the same day and the prices were unbeatable. A great family owned business not a franchise run by robots. Hardworking, friendly and great sense of humor.

Junk Pros is the way to go! I decided to clean out a large storage room in our basement and turn it into a gym for my husband as a surprise for his birthday last minute while he was out of town and junk pros was able to come out with only 3 days notice! They were super professional and fast! They filled their entire truck in just over an hour and were on their way! I couldn’t have picked a better crew! Thank you guys again so much for coming out!!
